The Lines Are Too Long
Most of us are in a hurry. It is the nature of our lives today. We do not want to waste time in lines. We are impatient. We want what we want when we want it. Generally, that means now.
“A friendly “I”ll be right with you,” or “I’m finishing up here; I’ll be right with you,” normally will do the trick. ”
I am sure you have heard these statements before. Most people know that these simple sentences will cure customer impatience, but it works best when the service provider actually says and means these statements.
